1. About these terms

These terms explain how this website may be used and how information published by Unlimited Computer Services Pty Ltd (Unlimited Computer Services, we, us or our) should be understood. These website terms do not by themselves form a contract to supply goods or services. Any supply, quotation, purchase or project will be governed by the written quotation, order confirmation, agreement or other terms accepted for that transaction.

2. Website and capability information

We aim to keep the website accurate and current. Product descriptions, brands, capability statements, examples, availability, pricing, delivery estimates and lead times are provided for general information and may change.

Capability examples are illustrative. They do not identify or endorse a client unless we have permission to do so, and they are not a guarantee of a particular result, price, lead time or future availability.

3. Enquiries, quotations and orders

An enquiry submitted through the website is a request for information or pricing. It is not an acceptance of an order. A written quotation or order confirmation will state the applicable price, taxes, freight, payment terms, delivery estimate, validity period and any special conditions.

Prices, supply, substitutions and delivery remain subject to supplier allocation, stock, availability, freight conditions and written confirmation. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before an order is accepted.

4. Delivery and fulfilment

Delivery dates and lead times are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed in a written agreement. We may fulfil an order from our Northmead operation, through a distributor, by drop shipment, or through another agreed supply arrangement.

Any delivery, freight, installation, configuration, site access, export, import or Pacific destination requirements will be addressed in the relevant quotation or order confirmation.

5. Products, warranties and Australian Consumer Law

Products may be supplied with manufacturer or distributor warranties as stated in the quotation or product documentation. Warranty procedures may require assessment by the manufacturer, distributor or our service team.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or other applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website content, text, graphics, layout, branding and other materials are owned by or licensed to Unlimited Computer Services. You may view and print material for your personal or internal business use, but you must not reproduce, republish, sell, modify or commercially exploit it without permission.

7. Privacy notice

When you contact us through this website, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, ABN, delivery details and the products or services you describe. We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare pricing, assess availability, arrange supply and communicate with you about your request.

Ask Us submissions are stored in our WordPress administration system, including through Flamingo, and email notifications are sent using service providers including Brevo. The Ask Us form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam and abuse. Turnstile processes technical information about the visitor or browser that is necessary for the security check; it is not intended to access, store or transmit the form entries themselves. Further information is available in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Turnstile Privacy Addendum. These providers may process information outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and retain it only as long as reasonably required for the relevant business, legal and record-keeping purposes.

You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, or contact us with a privacy concern, by emailing sales@unlimited.net.au. Our privacy practices should be reviewed together with any collection notice shown on a form.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

This website may use cookies or similar browser technologies that are necessary for WordPress, the site theme, security controls, form operation, session management, preferences and basic website functionality. Cloudflare Turnstile may also use technical information and browser signals to perform its anti-abuse check.
